DevOps Engineer Customer Data Hub (m/w/d)
Requirements
Must have:
- Completed technical or industrial engineering degree or comparable training.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operating complex system landscapes, ideally with a focus on K2View/Kafka platforms in AWS.
- Sound knowledge of DevOps and automation tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Experience with ITIL processes and monitoring and analysis tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog).
- Confident handling of incident, problem, and change management in productive, business-critical environments.
- Comprehensive process and IT know-how in telecommunications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in international, agile teams.
- Resilience and willingness to take responsibility, even in critical situations.
- Fluent English (written and spoken, C1 according to GER).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of all managed platforms and applications.
- Coordinate and handle highly complex incidents and troubleshooting by collaborating with internal development teams and external service providers.
- Optimize software and data quality through continuous error analysis in close cooperation with agile development teams.
- Responsible for the deployment of our releases and initial data loads, as well as resolving security-related issues through regular patching and reconciliation.
- Automate workflows by analyzing and continuously adapting reporting, monitoring, and alarming.
