What You Can Expect:

• As Senior Expert Fraud Technology (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational implementation and further development of the fraud technologies used, as well as their continuous adaptation to regulatory, technical, and business requirements.
• You will ensure the smooth operation (in cooperation with IT), data quality, and complete documentation of the fraud technologies.
• You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize new requirements and develop business cases for the introduction of innovative technologies in the fraud environment.
• You will manage fraud technology change management and coordinate changes to fraud systems in close cooperation with the team, IT, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for the entire governance of fraud technologies, including access and role responsibility.
• You will advise and train internal stakeholders on fraud technologies.

What Sets You Apart:

• Completed university degree, preferably with an IT focus.
• At least five years of professional experience in fraud management.
• Detailed knowledge in the area of fraud technology and rule design.
• Knowledge in the area of Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong and convincing communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor.
• Fluent German and English skills (C1 according to GER).

This position can be full-time or full-time equivalent part-time (min. 30 hours).
