A preference for this position is the Munich location, but we also welcome applications from other locations with the option of a full remote employment.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting process with a focus on technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Product, Data, IT)
• Close, trusting, and strategic collaboration with hiring managers at eye level
• Active involvement in shaping and further developing the recruiting area as the second recruiting role in the team
• Participation in strategic recruiting topics and projects (e.g., processes, tools, talent pipelines, hiring strategies)
• Building sustainable structures for future growth in the tech sector
• Support for employer branding and projects, as capacities allow

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in in-house recruiting with a focus on technical roles, ideally in the software or SaaS environment
• Strong interest and genuine passion for people and talent topics
• Team-oriented, collegial working style with high communication and consulting competence
• Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders at eye level
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
