If you're excited to work at the cutting edge of product design, applied ML research, and MLOps, then go ahead and apply ! With us, you'll build products with direct user feedback, train AI models with real data, and ship new features to production every day.

🚀 Your Daily Business -- No two days are alike

• Take ownership for the full lifecycle of our models: design, training, evaluation, and deployment of our deep learning models in the space of speech recognition and NLP
• Build and continuously improve deep learning models for speech recognition and natural language understanding that power our core product and help thousand of users
• Develop and run large-scale self-supervised training pipelines, as well as low-latency inference systems for mobile devices

🤝 Your Skillset -- What You Bring To The Table

• Several years production experience with Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch)
• Experience in NLP and Transformer-based models
• Solid software engineering mindset: clean code, GitOps, Flux, kb8s are second nature to you
• You speak business fluent English (C1 minimum) to communicate effectively with our team and customers
• Nice to have: German or French language skills
