Description: Account Manager as Startup Half-Time Job

As Volans Video Agency, we serve the increasing video demand through technological developments and digitalization, bringing a different perspective to video production processes. We offer brands, institutions, and organizations services for all processes related to video production phases such as consulting, creativity, production, and post-production, which are necessary for the creation of high-quality video content. We produce effective solutions for all video projects, whether internal or external, by working with predictable budgets and effort.

We expect all potential team colleagues who want to work in our company to constantly improve and optimally position our brand through the production of high-quality content.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native German speaker and good English skills (spoken and written)
• More than 3 years of experience in brand management teams of agencies
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Experience in providing customer-oriented solutions for client needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining an eye for detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
• The role of the Account Manager is to manage a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business with existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
