Stellenbeschreibung

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing customer contacts, build new business relationships, and continuously develop them.
  • Receive and professionally process booking inquiries in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Conduct contract negotiations with hotels and service providers and bring them to a successful conclusion.
  • Develop creative travel concepts – from the initial idea through calculation to the finished, attractive overall package.
  • Monitor the market and competitors, identify trends early, and derive new opportunities from them.
  • Undertake occasional business trips, attend trade fairs, network there, and deepen your market understanding.

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification – an apprenticeship or degree in tourism would be the icing on the cake
  • Ideally, professional experience in sales and/or tourist purchasing – motivated career starters and career changers are very welcome
  • Sound business management understanding and confident use of office applications
  • Confident English skills (B2) in spoken and written form
  • Independent, goal- and results-oriented way of working with a high degree of self-organization
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork are among your strengths
