Responsibilities

• Independent and timely preparation of monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees
• Timely processing of all personnel processes
• Entry, maintenance, and verification of master data and payroll accounting data in our HR system
• Co-responsibility for the further development of existing processes and procedures in payroll accounting
• First point of contact (m/f/d) for employees on all issues related to wage tax and social security law
• Participation in year-end closing activities in HR and compliance with regulatory requirements in HR
• Communication with health insurance companies, tax offices, authorities, employment agencies, and internal/external auditors
• Creation of statistics and analyses
• Support with special topics and projects related to payroll accounting

Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, banking apprenticeship, or comparable training
• Completed further training in personnel management / payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge of wage tax and social security law
• Professional experience in payroll accounting and knowledge of relevant payroll accounting software are desirable
• High social competence, communication, and cooperation skills
• Structured and meticulous work approach, along with a high degree of reliability
