Your New Role

• You will complete a trainee program lasting a maximum of 24 months, during which you will work in the various lending departments of our bank.
• You will specialize in the key area of lending and gain deep insights into various activities in this business field.
• You will translate theoretical knowledge into practical skills.
• You will support the departments you are working in with their daily tasks.

During the Trainee Program, You Will Learn About the Following Areas of Responsibility

• Analysis of submitted documents in connection with a loan application and subsequent processing of the loan application, including collateral and co-voting in the decision-making process.
• Accompanying and conducting needs-based advisory interviews.
• Introduction to the basics of collateral value assessment.
• KDF analysis, legal foundations, contract creation.
• Knowledge of early risk detection, and much more.

Your Opportunities

• You will receive individualized career development in the lending department and set your personal focus according to your potential in market support or the market.
• You will work in the following areas: Construction Financing, Property Developer/Investor Financing, Commercial and Corporate Clients, Market Support Active - Commercial and Private Lending, Valuation, Platform Business, Intensive Support/Restructuring.
• Qualification for future tenders in the lending sector with opportunities for advancement.

What We Are Looking For

• You have completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d).
• You are eager to learn, proactive, responsible, and team-oriented.
• You regularly reflect on yourself and your actions.
• You are open to change processes and have a high willingness to learn and adapt.

What We Offer in Return

• Compensation: We compensate according to the collective agreement for cooperative banks and the cooperative central bank. All good things—in this case, your salary—come in THIRTEEN installments. Classification will be based on your experience and qualifications, starting from salary group B1 (approx. EUR 39,600).
