Your responsibilities:
- You will be the point of contact and advisor for our managers and employees on preventive compliance topics and will support the implementation of legal and internal requirements.
- You will contribute to the further development of our Compliance Management System and, depending on your experience, take on independent responsibility for modern training and awareness formats for our operational units.
- You will conceptualize and establish suitable audit and control mechanisms, particularly by developing and advancing a compliance audit concept.
- You will proactively monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements and manage company-wide policy management.
- You will identify and assess compliance risks together with the existing team, develop suitable measures for their management, and actively drive digitalization and automation in the compliance environment.
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a university degree in law, business law, business administration, or economics with a focus on compliance, or a comparable qualification.
- You ideally have initial or several years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit, as well as experience in conceptualizing and conducting (group-wide) compliance risk analyses.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as good MS Office skills.
- You are characterized by a structured, independent, and analytical way of working, as well as strong organizational skills and assertiveness.
- You impress with high consulting and solution competence, a hands-on mentality, and an interest in learning new legal areas. Show more Show less
