Freianlagenplaner/Landschaftsarchitekt - Hamburg (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Focus on independent object planning (new construction, existing properties, municipal projects) in planning phases 1-5.
• Active participation in all planning phases; focus on specific phases is possible.
• Independent coordination of trades within the scope of open space object planning.
• Coordination and management of internal and external project stakeholders (e.g., planning offices and specialist planners).
• Development of modular structures for open spaces (e.g., BIM landscape architecture, internal design manual, planning guidelines).

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Landscape Management/Landscape Architecture (Master, Bachelor, Dipl.-Ing.).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in planning phases 1-5.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AVA programs, and common CAD programs.
• Ideally, basic knowledge of the GIS-Osiris 5 application system or similar systems.
• Strong commitment, independence, and flexibility.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
• Independent, systematic, and well-organized way of working, high willingness to perform, and teamwork skills.
