For the further expansion of our growing team, we are looking for reinforcement for our "Freianlagen" (Open Spaces) department in the "Wohnumfeld" (Living Environment) division as soon as possible:

Your Tasks
- Focus on independent object planning (new construction, existing properties, municipal projects) in planning phases 1-5.
- Active participation in all planning phases; focus on specific phases is possible.
- Independent coordination of trades within the scope of open space object planning.
- Coordination and management of internal and external project stakeholders (e.g., planning offices and specialist planners).
- Development of modular structures for open spaces (e.g., BIM landscape architecture, internal design manual, planning guidelines).
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Landscape Management/Landscape Architecture (Master, Bachelor, Dipl.-Ing.).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in planning phases 1-5.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AVA programs, and common CAD programs.
- Ideally, basic knowledge of the GIS-Osiris 5 application system or similar systems.
- Strong commitment, independence, and flexibility.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
- Independent, systematic, and well-organized way of working, high willingness to perform, and teamwork skills.
