Do you want to be part of the success story of VR-GewinnSparen in Baden-Württemberg? The unbeatable trio of savings lottery "Win, Save, and Help" celebrates its 75th anniversary this year.

Currently, the Gewinnsparverein - as a company of the cooperative financial group - and its 8-person team, based in Stuttgart, support and advise 90 Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken in Baden-Württemberg. We offer holistic support for our member banks in the areas of sales, marketing, public relations, and the development of social projects. Annually, €11 million in donations from the savings lottery alone significantly supports volunteer work and cooperative engagement of our members in their respective regions.

Responsibilities

  • You are the central point of contact or key account for our partner banks.
  • You are responsible for the expansion and support of existing business relationships with partner banks, associated partners, and cooperation partners.
  • You are responsible for the sales and service-oriented support of our customers and identify their needs regarding sales concepts or training.
  • Through your proximity to the customer, you identify potential on the basis of which we jointly develop solutions in the team for the further sales implementation of the savings lottery.

Profile

You have several years of experience in active sales as well as customer support and have already proven your acquisition skills at a cooperative bank or a company in the cooperative financial group.

You are characterized by a high degree of independence, initiative, and good organizational skills. You enjoy dealing with discussion partners at the decision-making level. You also enjoy traveling to customers, possess good rhetorical skills, presentation skills, and a confident demeanor.
