We are a modern, market-oriented cooperative bank with a balance sheet total of over 3 billion Euros, approximately 450 employees, and 21 branches in the regions of Wolfenbüttel, Peine, Helmstedt, Haldensleben, and Börde, as well as the cities of Salzgitter and Braunschweig.

Leitung Vertriebsmanagement (m/w/d)

What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsibility for the sales implementation of all payment transaction topics in private and corporate customer business.
  • Development and implementation of the sales strategy at the group-wide level.
  • Management and coordination of all sales activities in close cooperation with branch managers and local executives.
  • Leadership, further development, and motivation of teams.
  • Initiation and support of projects to improve the customer journey.
  • Management of cooperative partner activities (e.g., cooperative products, collaborations).
  • Analysis of sales KPIs, management of the target achievement system, and reporting to the executive board or management.
  • Promotion of a sales-oriented corporate culture, driving innovation.

What qualifications should you have?

  • A completed degree in business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Banking, or Financial Economics) or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales management at a bank or financial service provider, ideally with leadership experience.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic orientation, and a high service mentality.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical skills and confident handling of sales figures and reporting.
  • Very good MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems or sales tools is desirable.
