Your Responsibilities -- How You Support Our Team

• Support in identifying and researching financial trends and their preparation
• Support with customer and employee surveys
• Participation in generating and coordinating ideas up to the first prototype
• Development of innovative concepts and business cases for the implementation of digital trends
• Support in the creation of a Proof of Concept (PoC) in the change process
• Organization, support, and follow-up of digital or hybrid workshops
• Support in daily business and assumption of general support or administrative tasks

What You Contribute -- Your Profile:

• You are enrolled at a university/university of applied sciences and are studying in the field of business administration, e.g., with a focus on business informatics, business administration, or have experience in the field of innovation management.
• Ideally, you already have experience in conducting surveys.
• You are familiar with agile methods and ideally have initial practical experience in their application.
• You have very good analytical skills as well as creativity, initiative, and teamwork skills.
• You are interested in business models and ecosystems.
