WHO WE ARE
WEAT is a Munich-based fashion brand specializing in premium handbags for special occasions. Founded in 2017 by German designer Nina Sieber, we've built a passionate community around our iconic Heart Bag and Halfmoon Bag—pieces designed for special occasions: from dinner parties and evening events to weddings and celebrations.
We've achieved 100% year-on-year growth with select retail partners including Breuniger, Lodenfrey, and Giacomelli. Now we need someone to own our social presence and help us scale.
THE ROLE
As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the cornerstone of our creative factory—leading the creation of high-quality visuals across performance ads, brand campaigns and all customer touchpoints. This is a hands-on role where you combine strong design thinking with a clear understanding of both brand identity and performance.
You'll work directly with founder Nina (Creative Director) and the team to evolve WEAT's visual identity and ensure a consistent, premium look across all channels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create high-performing creatives: Design performance-first ads for Meta (paid ads) & Instagram — strong visuals, clear messaging, built to convert and scale.
- Lead creative production: Edit and cut assets to generate platform-ready creatives for paid ads, social media, website, wholesale catalogs, and events.
- Coordinate with UGC creators & agencies: Contribute to creative briefs, ensure third-party work is executed to WEAT's visual standards, and manage coordination through final delivery.
- Own visual execution across touchpoints: Bring WEAT's brand to life across campaigns, lookbooks, event invitations/materials, presentations and B2B assets.
- Evolve WEAT's visual identity: Help shape and refine WEAT's brand look & feel—and ensure consistency across every channel.
- Work directly with the founder: Partner with Nina (Creative Director) on creative direction and turn ideas into premium, on-brand output.
- Iterate based on insights: Track what performs, learn quickly, and keep improving creatives over time.
WHAT YOU NEED
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience working in the fashion industry and e-commerce.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and visual storytelling with a high design standard.
- Experience creating performance creatives or working with paid social is a strong plus.
- Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar.
- Hands-on and proactive — you take ownership and make things happen.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Fluent German and English.
- Location: Munich (Hybrid work model).
Won't Work:
- Looking for a "post-and-monitor" role with minimal creative responsibility.
- Need constant direction or prefer large corporate structures.
- Not genuinely interested in fashion or building brands.
