We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and work with us on scalable AI applications. You will be part of a team that uses state-of-the-art technologies to develop innovative solutions. The spectrum ranges from AI-powered web and software applications to the integration of Large Language Models into existing systems. You will work with modern architectures, cloud setups, and structured deployment processes to bring AI safely and reliably into production. Your task: turn ideas into working products that make companies noticeably faster, smarter, and more decisive.

Tasks

• You develop robust software solutions and automations
• You develop backend systems and create APIs, preferably with frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask (Python), alternatively also with other object-oriented programming languages
• You write clean, maintainable code and pay attention to high quality standards
• You integrate AI models and external APIs into existing systems to extend their functionality
• You work with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• You actively participate in code reviews and share your knowledge to improve code quality within the team
• You work closely with AI experts, internal teams, and customers to translate technical requirements into working software solutions

Qualification

• Initial practical experience in software development (e.g., through internships, working student activities, or personal projects)
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of Python or alternative object-oriented programming languages
• Experience with cloud services (ideally Azure) and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi) is a great advantage
• Interest in AI technologies and their practical application, but above all, enjoyment of technically sound, productive solutions.
• You are eager to develop good solutions for our customers and to tackle every task
