Your daily tasks:
- Responsibility: As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be a vital link between our partners and members, managing administrative support from the start of the contract.
- Documentation and Data Maintenance: Document contract services in our CRM system and ensure high data quality.
- Event Invitation Management: Plan our business lunches, manage invitations, and handle post-event follow-ups.
- Content Creation & Publication: Create and publish engaging posts for our social media channels, and write blog articles and newsletters to inform members and followers about events and network news.
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training (e.g., as an Office Management Clerk (m/f/d)), a degree in Business Administration or Event Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in account management, back office, or a similar commercial role.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and enthusiasm for learning and using new tools and software.
- An independent, responsible work style with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a structured workday.
- A strong customer focus and reliability that your team can count on 100%.
