Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)
Your Mission:
Identify, qualify, and build our sales pipeline with highly qualified leads.
- Qualify and schedule appointments with potential customers to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Initial contact with MQLs and PQLs according to defined sales criteria.
- Responsibility for the quality of SQLs, measured by resulting offers.
- Timely follow-up on leads within defined processing windows.
- Maintenance and reporting of all relevant information in the CRM system.
- Independent prioritization of leads based on relevance and potential.
- Application and further development of sales strategies and tools.
- Close coordination with Marketing and Campaign Management.
Your Skills:
- Structured and efficient work style for systematic processing of large lead volumes.
- Sound know-how in handling CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to reflect on and optimize your own conversations.
- Excellent communication skills, eloquent demeanor, and a positive, proactive mindset.
- High willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development.
- Enjoyment of feedback-oriented teamwork.
