Your Salary
€40,000--€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.

Your Mission
HR Administration & Digitalization
You will be responsible for the administrative support of our internal employees and will maintain our digital personnel files in Personio with the utmost care.
Interface to Payroll Accounting
You will prepare the monthly payroll accounting and work closely with our external payroll accounting department.
Onboarding & Offboarding
From the employment contract to the certificate of employment, you will ensure a smooth organizational employee life cycle.
ANÜ Management (Administrative Focus)
You will manage our small but fine ANÜ portfolio: temporary employment contracts, deadlines (Equal Pay, maximum assignment duration), and complete administrative processing --- without sales or recruiting pressure.
Contact Person for Employees
You are the first point of contact for personnel administrative questions and ensure clarity and reliability.
What You Bring
ANÜ Know-how
You are familiar with the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) and know what is important administratively in temporary employment. Ideally, you feel comfortable with tools like Zvoove.
Structure & Accuracy
You work carefully, meet deadlines, and enjoy clear HR processes.
HR Mindset & Personality
You are service-oriented, a strong communicator, and can keep an overview even when dealing with multiple topics.
Nice to have, not a must
- Experience in HR administration and knowledge of Personio.
