As a Senior Account Executive (all genders), your main goal is to successfully position our holistic product portfolio in the market, tap into complex enterprise structures, and significantly shape our growth through sustainable deals.

What to Expect

  • Strategic New Client Acquisition You will identify and win enterprise clients in the retail sector – from initial contact, through compelling concept presentations and contract conclusion, to the successful expansion of the account.
  • Customer Centricity You understand the business goals of your clients – from the Head of Expansion to C-level – and position Wemolo as a strategic partner. With tailor-made solutions and confident interaction with top decision-makers, you support them in confidently mastering complex challenges.
  • Account Management You develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers and strategically manage your accounts. You identify potential – and realize it.
  • Goal Tracking & Reporting You work with clear goals and structures, have 100% transparency over your pipeline, and can translate the status of your pipeline into forecasts and account plans, developing suitable measures to achieve your annual goal. Together with the team, you will take our retail sales to the next level.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration You work closely with your retail team and other departments such as SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize customer experiences and identify new market opportunities.

Inspire Us By

  • Background: You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and have successfully acquired and managed enterprise clients. Your expertise extends across complex sales processes in demanding market segments.
  • Experience: You convince with your partnership-based approach and build customer relationships that create real added value. You master the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and offer creation to successful closing and sustainable customer loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Work: You are not only good at building relationships but also have your own data (pipeline, forecasting, etc.) under control. Furthermore, you have a corresponding understanding of analyses, which you have conducted for your customers, for example.
  • Communication: With a strong personal presence, you are able to convey even complex issues understandably.
  • Language Skills: You have C2 German skills and speak fluent English; further foreign language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to Travel: You possess a valid driver's license class B and are willing to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10%).
