Your Responsibilities

• Control and optimization of daily Market Data Operations, including invoice verification and purchase order requirements
• Maintenance and further development of the market data inventory, ensuring transparent cost and license tracking
• Close collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and IT on budgeting, governance, and cost allocation
• Support for internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting
• Central point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding market data usage
• Automation of reporting and analysis workflows (e.g., with Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Power BI)
• Creation of presentations and management reports

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Market Data Operations or comparable back-office/operations roles
• Very good understanding of purchasing processes, invoice reconciliation, and license management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with automation tools is an advantage
• Confident handling of market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P)
• Analytical, structured, and self-reliant working style
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Fluent German and English skills
