About this role
You will be the point of contact for our medium-sized and large partners on the Lieferando platform. You will not only lay the foundation for a successful collaboration but also ensure that our partners are fully informed about our services and their revenue-generating opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your partner portfolio and regularly analyze revenue development, retention, and growth levers (e.g., menu quality, promotions, reviews).
- Sustainably increase your partners' revenue through proactive support (calls, visits, reports).
- Ensure a smooth onboarding for new partners onto the platform and optimize existing profiles (e.g., offer structure, opening hours, minimum order values).
- Proactively identify weaknesses or potentials in your portfolio and initiate measures.
- Utilize Salesforce and internal dashboards to document activities and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Key Account, Category Management, Support, and Marketing, providing support as needed.
- Contribute your own ideas to improve processes or develop new formats for partner retention.
What you bring to the team
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in account management, sales, or an operationally driven customer-focused area.
- Excellent communication skills in German and fluent English.
- Your stress-resistant nature and motivation make you a great fit for the ambitious Account Management team.
- Experience with tools like Google, Salesforce, Excel, or BI systems is an advantage.
- Affinity for data-driven work – you identify patterns, question KPIs, and develop concrete actions from them.
- You work in a solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and pragmatic manner, even when juggling multiple tasks.
- You enjoy shaping a team and actively contributing to a new era in account management.
