We are a leading manufacturer of castors, swivel castors, and fixed castors for all industrial sectors. Our core competencies include the production of technical polyurethane molded parts, NDIIThane®, Polyurethan/Topthane®, and Elastic rubber wheels.
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team:
Your Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Development of e-commerce strategies and selection of sales channels (own shop, marketplaces).
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in e-commerce, as well as the implementation and documentation of relevant compliance processes.
Shop Management:
- Reconciliation of open items for incoming payments, dunning process.
Marketing & Sales:
- Planning and execution of online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, Social Media), voucher promotions.
- Analysis and optimization of the conversion rate in coordination with our agency.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Evaluation and reporting of user behavior and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics to measure and improve success.
- Cost, budget, and margin control, including KPI reporting to management.
Customer Management:
- Development of systems for customer service, complaints, and returns.
- Analysis of customer feedback.
Teamwork:
- Close collaboration with internal departments (IT, Purchasing, Sales) and external service providers (agencies, web designers).
What you bring:
- Completed degree in E-Commerce/Marketing or vocational training/further education in E-Commerce or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, initial experience in industry/trade.
- Business management understanding.
- Knowledge of shop systems (preferably Shopware) and online marketing.
- Experience in the further development of e-commerce or digital business processes is an advantage.
- Hands-on mentality and the desire to actively build things rather than just manage them.
- Enthusiasm for digitalization and online trends.
- Analytical skills, project management, user orientation.
- Initiative, decisiveness, and sense of responsibility.
