Your Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Review, account assignment, and booking of incoming invoices
- Preparation of supplier payments
Accounts Receivable
- Offsetting open items with incoming payments
- Dunning process
Fixed Asset Accounting
- Creation of master data records
- Recording of current additions and disposals
General Tasks
- Preparation and processing of financial reports
- Correspondence with customers and suppliers (in German and English)
- Participation in annual and group closing activities
- Statistics and reporting for various authorities domestically and abroad
Your Profile
- A completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of current accounting practices and annual financial statement preparation according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
- Basic knowledge of group consolidation
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software and proficient use of other Office products
- An independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
- Accurate German spelling, grammar, and expression
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness for further development and proactive learning
