Insurance Clerk / Claims Handler for Offer Management Life Insurance (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• You will support our sales partners in all aspects of offer management.
• The concerns of our sales partners drive you and inspire you to make suggestions for improvement and thus optimize processes.
• As a link between our product management and sales partners, you enjoy picking up the phone and clarifying queries directly.

Your Profile:

• You have completed commercial training in the insurance sector or have comparable professional experience.
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations, enjoy juggling complex issues, and work through them in a structured manner.
• You approach each request holistically and individually.
• You actively contribute your ideas to our team and are interested in learning more about the work in a broker pool.
