Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Corporate Subscriptions Account Manager to work with our NutraIngredients brand, a leading online news source for the global nutrition industry for over 20 years. You will drive online corporate subscription sales, manage accounts, and cross-sell William Reed's paid-for content.
Sales & Account Management:
- Provide top-class, end-to-end Account Management services.
- Sell website multi-subscriptions to NutraIngredients.
- Renew and upsell existing customers.
- Cross-sell other subscription brands within the business.
- Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and manage accounts through telesales.
- Prospect for new business.
- Act as the first point of contact for corporate accounts and develop relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to target leads effectively.
- Attend face-to-face events for sales development.
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly.
- Demonstrate digital products to prospects.
- Ensure high engagement levels for corporate account customers.
- Maintain an active trial and upgrade process.
- Work closely with advertising sales teams for cross-promotion.
- Develop relationships with the editorial team for leads and market knowledge.
- Meet required sales standards and KPIs.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation techniques.
- Maintain relevant sales literature.
- Support corporate direct marketing campaigns.
- Gather competitor information to inform strategy.
- Produce sales presentations and demonstration strategies.
Strategy:
- Assist in producing a comprehensive corporate sales strategy for the portfolio.
- Help target markets, corporations, and individuals.
- Monitor market conditions and changes to maximize opportunities.
- Provide input into marketing automation and procedure processes.
Reporting:
- Regularly report on sales activity against targets and KPIs.
- Use the company's CRM system (Salesforce) to maintain accurate records and foster opportunities.
Order Processing:
- Meet KPIs for customer order processing.
- Sustain timely and accurate invoicing and fulfillment processes.
- Use the customer management system to maintain customer information.
- Work closely with the credit team to minimize customer debt.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in B2B subscription sales / account management, or sales / account management for high-value, multi-subscriptions and renewals in other sectors.
- Ability and willingness to prospect and cold call.
- Self-motivation and drive; a target-driven individual.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- Experience managing a blue-chip client portfolio.
- Experience in the digital sales process.
- Enthusiasm and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client visits and events nationally.
