Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Planning and development of efficient manufacturing and assembly processes in the automotive industry
• Feasibility analyses & process FMEA to ensure quality, deadlines, and costs
• Commissioning & production launch of operating resources, including acceptances (C1/C2)
• Interface between project team, production, engineering, and plant manufacturers
• Lean Production & continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Production Technology
• At least 3 years of professional experience in process development or manufacturing planning (ideally automotive)
• Sound knowledge of assembly processes for electromechanical products
• Experience with Lean Production, FMEA, and process optimization methods
• Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
