On their behalf, we are looking for a full-time position at the Neu-Isenburg location as soon as possible.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n* Timely processing of all incoming customer orders (including order entry and order changes in the SAP system)\n* Processing of various customer inquiries as an interface to the customer\n* Tracking of open orders and individual material deliveries (e.g., by checking material availability)\n* Informing customers about the status of orders/deliveries\n* Processing of customer complaints\n* Creation of credit notes and direct debits as well as returns\n* Close cooperation with logistics, planning, and sales\n* Option for two days of home office per week\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification\n* Professional experience in customer service/internal sales, alternatively in logistics, supply chain, field service/sales\n* Very good Italian, English, and German language skills, fluent in spoken and written, are required\n* Experience with SAP is an advantage\n* Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable, but not a must\n* Self-organization, independent work, and prioritization skills\n* Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of work, as well as a positive basic attitude\n\n## Benefits\n\n* Flat hierarchies\n* Modern workplaces\n* Deutschland-Ticket\n\nAre you interested in this varied and diverse position?
