Account Executive SMB & Mid-Market DACH (m/w/d)

Remote Type: Hybrid (8 days/month) Locations: DEU - Berlin Time Type: Full time Posted On: Vor 2 Tagen ausgeschrieben Job Requisition ID: R0054435

About the Role

In our "Legal & Regulatory" division, we support legal and compliance experts in increasing their productivity, minimizing risks, and confidently solving complex problems.

There are hundreds of thousands of legal professionals in Europe -- and at Libra, we are changing the way they work. Our AI platform combines in-depth legal expertise with state-of-the-art generative technology, revolutionizing how lawyers research, draft, and deliver legal work.

We are looking for ambitious Account Executives to drive Libra's growth in law firms and corporate legal departments in your region. You will represent a best-in-class AI platform already used by Europe's most innovative legal teams -- your mission is to expand their reach.

You will own the entire sales cycle, engaging directly with Managing Partners, General Counsels, and Heads of Innovation. Working closely with our Customer Success and Legal Engineering teams -- legal professionals who transform expertise into scalable AI solutions -- you will ensure every customer interaction delivers maximum value and credibility.

This is a role for people who want to win, act fast, and co-create something that is changing an entire industry.

You will report to one of our Sales Directors and collaborate with a growing team of dedicated professionals. Together, you will foster a culture of performance, agility, and customer-centricity -- laying the foundation for sustainable growth in the region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Full sales cycle responsibility: from outreach and qualification to contract signing; often in close collaboration with the Account Managers of our content businesses with established customer relationships
  • Building and maintaining relationships with law firm partners, General Counsels, Heads of Legal Departments, and Innovation Leads
  • Strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities
  • Collaborating with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilot projects, and AI workflows tailored to customer needs
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer pain points, workflows, and legal processes for targeted sales enablement
  • Analyzing complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases
  • Navigating multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes with precision
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and applying qualification frameworks to improve forecast accuracy
  • Utilizing customer-centric selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale) to qualify and advance complex deals
  • Delivering compelling presentations and business cases that illustrate Libra's ROI and strategic impact
  • Sharing market insights and customer feedback with product and leadership teams to influence the roadmap
  • Contributing to the evolution of our enterprise sales playbook -- we are co-creating this process
