About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (m/f/d) to support the VP Product Software Engineering in managing the end‑to‑end global program and project portfolio for TAA Europe Region North.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of technical initiatives, tracking and reporting performance metrics, enabling organizational transformation, and driving continuous improvement across processes and structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted, collaborative relationships and act as a credible partner and influencer for senior stakeholders.
• Drive and support execution of in‑market products aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Actively support transformation initiatives, including DevSecOps, Meridian time‑writing, and GenAI programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP Product Software Engineering.
• Support portfolio management, including preparation of executive‑level materials and KPI monitoring.
• Define, maintain, and continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
• Lead and support process improvement and organizational optimization initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Reporting & Analysis (PMO) roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or comparable professional experience is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, or consulting, within an international environment.
• Background in technical or software development environments is an advantage.
• Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude is essential.
