For our marketing team in the DACH region, we are looking for a creative and digitally savvy personality as a Marketing Campaign Specialist (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing integrated campaigns for lead generation and customer loyalty. You will significantly contribute to the visibility of our brand and business success in the region.

  • Planning and operational implementation of dedicated B2B marketing campaigns across relevant channels (social media, paid media, email, possibly direct mail) for targeted lead generation and customer loyalty in the DACH region.
  • End-to-end campaign management: from target group definition and content creation to distribution and success measurement.
  • Content development and optimization for campaigns, website, and social media, aligned with buyer personas and customer journey, including copywriting for marketing materials such as whitepapers, brochures, and reports.
  • Monitoring and reporting of campaign performance based on defined KPIs - including deriving recommendations for action.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Events Team, Global Marketing) to coordinate campaign content and goals.
  • Budget and channel control as well as continuous optimization of resources used.
  • Support in website maintenance and the implementation of marketing automation.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in an international environment.
  • Creative and precise writing style, strong communication skills in German (native or business fluent) and fluent English.
  • Ideally, initial practical experience in using AI tools for content creation regarding AI search, campaign optimization, and traffic generation.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation and analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sitecore).
  • Experience in data protection or interest in familiarizing yourself with it is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking, KPI-oriented work, and high self-motivation.
  • Organizational skills, teamwork, and enjoyment of a dynamic work environment.
