IT Service Manager - Supply Chain Management (gn)

Requirements

Must have:

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, retail or comparable training
• You have several years of professional experience in IT service or application management, ideally related to supply chain or retail
• Good knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL and in dealing with ticket and monitoring systems
• Technical understanding of interfaces, data flows and processes in ERP and SCM landscapes
• Experience in working with software manufacturers and external service providers
• Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting or data analysis is desirable
• Strong communication skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for supply chain management system and connected processes
• Requirements management and system optimization
• Close cooperation with specialist departments to define requirements and continuously improve systems
• Change and release management
• Planning, control and implementation of changes, releases and deployments in accordance with the change management process
• Test and rollout support
• Participation in implementations, rollouts and execution of UAT, integration and regression tests
• Ensuring daily operations and 2nd level support for system and process-related issues
• Coordination of external partners incl. SLA/OLA monitoring and maintenance of service catalogs and operational documentation
