We're obsessed with making hard work pay off, for our people, our customers, and the world around us. As a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we're shaping the future of work so teams can reach their potential and focus on what matters most.

About the Team

The DACH Enterprise Sales organization is at the heart of Workday's growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our team of senior leaders drives the enterprise sales mission across the region, helping customers transform the way they manage their people and finances. This full-time position will be based out of our offices either Munich, Berlin or can be home-office based across Germany. You will report directly to our Group Vice President (GVP) Sales of the DACH region.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the trusted right-hand person and provide high-quality, day-to-day support to the GVP leading the DACH region, as well as supporting the 4 senior sales leaders across Germany and Switzerland.

This is far more than a traditional assistant role; it is a unique blend of executive support and program management. You will be the person who ensures that the DACH sales leadership team runs smoothly and efficiently, anticipating needs and creating the conditions for success.

Your work will span a wide range of high-impact responsibilities:

  • Executive Support and Calendar Management: Manage complex schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence for multiple VP-level leaders across two countries.
  • Strategic Project Management: Plan and deliver key regional programs such as leadership visits, bootcamps, return-to-office initiatives, and new hire orientation camps.
  • Executive Briefing and Presentations: Create polished executive briefing decks and presentations.
  • Full Event Management: Own end-to-end event planning including catering, hotel bookings, evening events, customer invitations, speaker coordination, and executive preparation.
  • Administrative and Operational Support: Provide logistical support to the office and German field organization.
  • Health, Safety, and Security: Support the office manager with environmental health and safety matters.

About You

We are looking for someone with multitasking abilities, exceptional social and project management skills. A successful Executive Assistant will have a proactive demeanor to provide senior-level executive support and manage schedules.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or office coordination role.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and logistics across multiple senior leaders.
  • Completed professional education or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).

Other Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • AI literacy, with the ability to pioneer smart, AI-driven executive support.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Skilled in time management and independent work.
  • Adaptable and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. We spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners. If you are located in Munich or Berlin, we expect you to be in the office 50% of the time. Business travels count towards office times.
