About this job

For our client, we are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible. You will advise and support several locations in all matters of occupational safety and health protection, making a decisive contribution to the further development of a sustainable safety culture. The position can be location-bound or fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Consultation of managers and employees on occupational safety and health protection
• Implementation, review, and further development of occupational safety and accident prevention measures
• Conducting and evaluating risk assessments
• Monitoring compliance with legal and internal regulations
• Planning and conducting training and instruction sessions
• Documentation of safety-related incidents and preparation of reports
• Collaboration with internal and external bodies
• Travel to national and international locations (approx. 50%)

Profile

• Completed degree or technical vocational training with additional qualification
• Successfully completed training as a specialist in occupational safety in accordance with § 7 ASiG
• At least 3 years of professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of occupational safety and health
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, teamwork, and service orientation
• Proficient in MS Office
