What awaits you?

  • You develop and manage international sales campaigns for our add-ons -- from target group selection to customer contact.
  • Together with the marketing team, you empathize with different target groups and design campaigns so that they reach exactly where they are effective. For example, a logistics manager immediately recognizes how our scan4cloud solution simplifies their daily work: fewer walking distances, faster processes, fewer errors in the warehouse.
  • You find suitable companies and contact persons, generate leads, and actively manage your accounts, using tools such as HubSpot, SAP Cloud ERP, our partner portal, or LinkedIn.
  • You confidently conduct initial conversations and present our solutions in demo calls together with the product owners.
  • You recognize potential in existing customers, continue to support them, and keep an eye on market trends.
  • You continuously build your network and stay in touch through personal conversations, written exchange, as well as events and webinars.

What you should bring:

  • You have initial experience in B2B sales.
  • You are familiar with digital sales or are curious about it.
  • You are communicative, approach people openly, and feel comfortable in personal interaction -- also via video or phone.
  • You enjoy working in the medium-sized business sector, appreciate short decision-making processes, and want to help shape things instead of just executing them.
  • You live in Lippstadt or the surrounding area and can therefore work in the office two days a week.
  • You speak German at a negotiation level and English fluently.
