What awaits you?

• You will accompany our employees throughout the entire HR life cycle – from recruiting and onboarding to administration and offboarding.
• You will be a trusted point of contact for our employees and managers, advising on all HR-related issues.
• You will be the first point of contact for our external payroll offices, ensuring that salary payments are correct and on time.
• You will support our junior staff and coordinate this together with our trainers.
• You will contribute fresh ideas and enjoy working on projects that you manage independently.

What you should bring:

• You have completed a degree related to HR topics or have completed commercial vocational training.
• You ideally have a few years of professional experience in the HR field.
• You work in a structured and independent manner, can adapt flexibly to new situations, and work in a solution-oriented way.
• You are trustworthy, enjoy approaching people, and are able to build relationships with contacts at various hierarchical levels.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and English.
