Requirements

Must have:

• Completed training as Kaufmann für IT-System-Management (m/f/d) or IT-Systemkaufmann (w/m/d)
• Technical understanding
• Communicative and enjoys customer contact
• Enjoys solution-oriented teamwork
• Good German and technical English skills, and a driver's license (PKW)

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer and solution-oriented consulting and create tailored offers
• Responsible for procuring hardware and software from distributors
• Create billing for order services
• Maintain close communication with technicians to stay updated on the latest technology
