Wir wurden von einem Deutschen und einem Briten 2012 in London gegründet, um Selbständige und kleine Unternehmen mit Krediten zu unterstützen, die genau auf ihr Geschäftsmodell zugeschnitten sind. Seitdem haben wir bereits über € 1 Milliarde an Krediten ausgezahlt. Seit 2015 sind wir auch in Deutschland am Markt, wo wir schnell zu einem der größten Fintech-Anbieter von Krediten in unserem Segment herangewachsen sind. Inzwischen sind wir insgesamt fast 300 Mitarbeiter. Unser Deutschland-Team ist auf unsere Standorte in London und Frankfurt verteilt, wobei wir aktuell besonders unser Frankfurter Büro vergrößern. Wir stehen gerade erst am Anfang unserer Mission - und suchen deshalb smarte und starke Mitglieder für unser Team.
What awaits you?
- Sales Pipeline: You build a high-quality pipeline with potential customers (SMEs) and take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to successful closing.
- Analysis & Qualification: You identify and qualify potential new customers and assess which companies have a genuine financing need.
- Strategy & Teamwork: You actively shape the team's sales strategy by sharing your insights and best practices to increase our collective success.
What you should bring?
- You have at least two years of B2B sales experience and regularly met or exceeded your targets.
- You are confident and experienced in cold calling and are not afraid of a high volume of calls.
- You can independently build your lead funnel and maintain top customer communication.
- You have confident German (C1) and English (B2) language skills, both written and spoken.
- High self-motivation and a strong, goal-oriented approach characterize you.
