What awaits you?
- You will conduct independent outbound activities.
- Every week, you will convince potential customers of the benefits of our solution for their business in (online) product demos and discovery calls.
- You will conduct (online) product demos with experts from Finance, Compliance, IT, Sales, and Marketing at a high frequency, effectively communicating the advantages of our solution to advance their business.
- You will show our customers how they can significantly increase their cash flow, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and the reliability of their liquidity planning with our solution, and guide them specifically towards closing the deal.
- You will successfully complete your mission when the deal is closed, after which your colleagues in Customer Success and Key Account Management will take over long-term customer support.
- You will occasionally consider trade fairs and events as your "hunting ground."
What you should bring?
- You have several years of relevant practical experience (typically 6-10 years) as an Account Executive (all genders) or Sales Manager (all genders) with a SaaS or payment solution provider in the enterprise segment – ideally in the context of complex, explainable software solutions with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
- You have proven experience in selling sophisticated software products with a high degree of complexity, including multi-stage decision-making processes on the customer side.
- You have initial professional experience with accounts receivable management or collections solutions.
- You hold a completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field of study.
- You are proficient in using CRM and Sales Enablement tools, preferably HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales tools.
- You are characterized by a positive attitude, passion for sales, exemplary work ethic, and results orientation.
- To be successful in this position, you need high self-motivation and a burning passion for Sales & New Business.
- Excellent German and very good English skills (proficient in professional communication in English) are required.
- You value constructive teamwork and an appreciative corporate culture; in your job, you are maximally focused on achieving your goals.
- An existing network in the insurance or banking industry (or adjacent regulated industries) is a nice-to-have.
- Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems or with software that is deeply integrated into existing IT, process, and data landscapes.
