What awaits you?

• You are responsible for the planning, creation, and maintenance of technical documentation, including product manuals, tutorials, API references, and onboarding content for developers.
• You participate in sprint planning and collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the entire lifecycle of a feature.
• You write and test instructions using the product itself to ensure that the workflows are correct and complete.
• You apply and further develop our "Docs-as-Code" workflow using Git, Markdown, and continuous integration pipelines.
• You use customer feedback, analyses, and usability tests to improve the clarity and user-friendliness of the documentation.
• You mentor less experienced team members during content review and contribute to internal documentation standards and style guides.
• You drive improvements to tools, workflows, and documentation processes that increase team productivity and content quality.

What you should bring?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or communication-related field or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in writing technical documentation for software products or cloud services.
• You have sound knowledge of documentation tools such as Git, CI/CD, Markdown, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• You have experience in agile development environments.
• You possess excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are capable of working independently and managing multiple documentation projects in parallel.
• You have a strong ability to analyze complex technical systems and communicate them clearly to a diverse audience.
