We support companies through our business unit TPC. DOMCURA AG focuses on private and commercial property insurance as an underwriter. RVM is an industrial insurance broker focusing on medium-sized companies. In addition, with DEUTSCHLAND.Immobilien, we have a marketplace for investment properties.

How to Get Started

• Intensive Training: Four-month trainee program with individual support at the branch near you and at the MLP Corporate University.
• Preparation for Self-Employment: Step-by-step support and training for your future role in independent financial consulting.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build and manage your own customer base long-term -- from the start of your career to retirement.
• Tailored Financial Concepts: Develop individual financial strategies aligned with the personal goals and life circumstances of your clients.
• Continuous Professional Development: Regular training sessions and workshops enable you to continuously expand your expertise and stay up-to-date.

What You Bring

• You have successfully completed your studies, ideally with an economic focus.
• You possess excellent German language skills (C2 level).
• You can explain complex issues in a clear manner and enjoy approaching people and engaging in conversations.
• You have a strong interest in economic topics and wish to continuously expand your knowledge.
• You recognize the needs of your clients and develop solutions that offer real added value.
• You are confident, act independently, and are motivated to start your own entrepreneurial career.

What We Offer You

• Paid Trainee Program: Permanent employment including a fixed salary during the training phase -- thereafter, an income of €50,000--€60,000 is expected in the first year.
• Attractive Income Potential: Compensation mix of commissions, trail commissions, and bonuses with average earning potential in the six-figure range within self-employment.
