What awaits you?

• You will support IT projects -- from cloud migrations to new IT security solutions.
• You will be active in 1st & 2nd level support in the helpdesk and the first point of contact for our customers.
• You will implement Microsoft 365 & Azure solutions practically and hands-on.
• You will actively shape your development plan, and we will regularly check your progress.

What you should bring:

• You have completed vocational training in the IT sector or have comparable knowledge.
• You are enthusiastic about Microsoft cloud technologies and eager to learn.
• You are open and have no fear of customer contact -- you will work with real cases from the start.
• You have team spirit and a desire for challenges.
