Employee Call Center (m/f/d)

Your Travel Itinerary

• You are an important contact person for our customers, handling consultations by phone and email.
• You create travel offers and take bookings.

Your Packing List

• You have completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in the tourism sector, or already have initial professional experience in travel consulting, as a call center agent, or a comparable qualification.
• You are service-oriented and enjoy customer consulting, convincing with a consistently friendly demeanor.
• You have an affinity for talking on the phone.
• You are reliable and characterized by an organized, structured way of working, even in stressful situations.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are proficient in using standard office programs.
