Dear Support Engineers,

We are currently looking for several SAP BTP L3 Support Engineers for one of the leading tech companies in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

• Project location: Philippines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in SAP support, ideally in Level 3 support or similar technical support functions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, including platform services, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Ability to handle L3 incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and coordination of issue resolution.
• Experience in technical leadership and working with internal teams, stakeholders, and service owners.
• Familiarity with support processes, escalations, and maintaining stable operations in enterprise SAP environments.
