Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the first phase of our sales process in outbound, from research and outreach to qualification and appointment setting, in close coordination with marketing, partner management, and account executives. You will work with companies of various sizes and cooperate closely with the teams from marketing, partner management, and account executives.

Your Tasks:

• You process new leads from inbound, partners, and outbound, prioritize them according to clear rules, and ensure quick response times.
• You identify suitable target companies and contact persons, build outreach lists, and implement multi-channel sequences, e.g., email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• You conduct structured initial interviews, clarify process and system landscapes, needs, timing, and urgency, as well as stakeholders, and arrange qualified appointments for AEs.
• You work consistently in HubSpot, maintain source and status, document activities and next steps, and hand over cleanly to Sales.
• You improve messaging and procedures based on data and provide market and competitor feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.

Your Profile:

• You have solid experience in B2B new customer acquisition and qualification, ideally in the SaaS, ERP, IT, or process automation environment.
• You understand typical ERP purchasing processes with multiple stakeholders, system landscapes and integrations, business processes, and longer decision cycles.
• You communicate clearly and confidently at eye level, both in writing and orally, and professionally guide decision-makers to the next step.
• You work in a structured manner, are consistent in follow-up, and deliver high data quality in the CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• You are numbers and performance-oriented, steer yourself by goals and key figures, and use feedback and coaching to constantly improve.
