Your Responsibilities##\n\n* As part of our "Staffing" team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the field of personnel recruitment and consulting: In this role, you will inspire companies in the personnel service sector about our e-recruiting solutions.\n* Your area of responsibility includes the entire new business sales process:\n * You identify the potential of future customers primarily in the DACH region, present our solutions virtually using interactive web presentations, and inspire your contacts about the benefits of collaboration.\n * You will also independently handle the creation of offers and naturally ensure the diligent handover of the acquired customer to our Account Management.\n * You can share the joy of a successful closing with your team and the entire location.\n * You meticulously and accurately document in our CRM system (Salesforce).\n\n## What You Bring ##\n\n* Cold calling and closing competence in the sales process are your absolute strengths.\n* You are strong in communication, do not shy away from high phone activity, and convince with strong research skills -- both internally in our systems and externally in the market.\n* You already have professional experience in B2B online sales. Experience in the HR or personnel consulting industry is a plus!\n* You enjoy communicating with people on the phone and acquiring new customers.\n* Your tact, persuasiveness, and quick comprehension set you apart.\n* You have strong and proactive self-motivation.\n* You burn with enthusiasm for your goals and closings and show perseverance.\n* For you as a "performance athlete" in sales, 100% is the minimum!
