About the Role

As a Senior Sales Controller (m/w/d), you will actively shape the sales management of our company. Based on well-founded analyses of sales key figures, performance data, and economic correlations, you will create transparency, support strategic decisions, and directly impact revenue and growth potential. As an analytical sparring partner, you will work closely with management and specialist departments, contributing data-based insights to the further development of our sales strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of key sales figures such as sales pipelines, forecasts, commission models, and sales targets, as well as derivation of well-founded recommendations for action.
  • Proactive analysis of sales and service performance data to support sales management and identify growth and efficiency potentials.
  • Preparation of decision-making bases for management and specialist departments, as well as active advancement of decision-making processes.
  • Close collaboration with management functions (e.g., directors, management) and role as a reliable sparring partner on equal terms.
  • Development of analyses, reports, and dashboards (especially in Excel and Salesforce) to ensure transparency and controllability in sales.
  • Support in the further development of the sales strategy, including deriving concrete optimization measures.
  • Conducting profitability and cost-benefit analyses for projects and orders, as well as evaluating economic impacts.

What You Bring:

  • A very good understanding of sales key figures, especially sales pipelines, forecasts, commission models, target systems, and customer segmentation.
  • You work analytically, structured, and proactively, and enjoy translating data-based insights into concrete actions.
  • You are accustomed to working with various stakeholders up to the management level and convince with strong stakeholder and communication skills.
  • You have the ability to prepare complex issues understandably and effectively support decision-making processes.
  • You see yourself as a sparring partner (m/w/d) for specialist departments and management, contributing measurably to company success with your analyses and reports.
  • Excellent Excel skills and very good experience with Salesforce as a CRM.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
