We are seeking a full-time team member (37-hour week) on behalf of a renowned transmission system operator in the energy sector.

The focus of this position is to support the preparation and implementation of approval procedures for substations. You will be responsible for internal coordination, guiding new work processes within the company, and managing external service providers in substation planning.

Your Responsibilities

• Creation of work packages within a large-scale grid expansion project, including preparation, support, and management of public law approval and authorization procedures (especially approval procedures under federal law).
• Management of external service providers and coordination of internal specialist disciplines during the approval phase up to the implementation of construction measures.
• Conducting information and coordination meetings with authorities, citizens, property owners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordination of the creation and ensuring the quality of approval documents.
• Maintenance and preparation of the secondary conditions management.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university studies in environmental science, engineering, spatial planning, geography, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in supporting approval processes and authorization procedures for large infrastructure projects.
• Interest in infrastructure projects and interdisciplinary work, as well as experience in project management.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Willingness to travel.
