Responsibilities

• Managing social media channels: Planning, creating, and publishing content, community management, and monitoring.
• Content Creation: Developing creative content (posts, stories, videos) aligned with brand and campaign strategies.
• Social Media Analysis: Evaluating performance and deriving optimization recommendations.
• Supporting seeding campaigns.
• Conducting research and reporting.
• Assisting with daily tasks and exciting projects and events.

Qualifications

• Current or completed studies in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital trends.
• Creativity and a good feel for social media formats.
• Experience or interest in community management.
• Analytical understanding of social media metrics.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Team spirit and motivation.
• A high energy level and enjoyment in working on diverse tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferably in German and English).
