Responsibilities
You will manage brands that everyone knows from the FMCG, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, reporting directly to our Client Partners.
What this role is about:
You will be a strategic sparring partner for some of the most important brands in our portfolio. You will think ahead for your clients, build annual strategies, plan budgets that deliver results, and negotiate in a way that benefits the brand, the creator, and YKONE. You will own client outcomes.
Your tasks
- Take responsibility: You will lead the influencer marketing activities for your accounts end-to-end and be the central point of contact for our clients at a senior level – from annual planning to results analysis.
- Strategic conception: You will develop annual strategies and campaign architectures that contribute to business goals. Storytelling, platform strategy, creator casting.
- Budget planning for maximum goal achievement: You will plan budgets across individual campaigns and annual scopes, allocate to creators, platforms, and formats, and actively adjust when the numbers suggest it.
- Ensure brand fit: With your feel for brands and creators, you will bring the right partners together.
- Negotiation: Creator deals, management deals, paid amplification, exclusivity, usage rights. You know market prices and levers and use them.
- Analytical work: You are proficient with KPIs, create forecasts, analyze reports, and use the insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Multi-project management: You will keep a clear head even with many parallel projects and prioritize efficiently.
- Team development: You will lead Influencer Marketing Managers and interns, ensure structured briefings, and support their development.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side), excluding internships.
- Experience with major clients (ideally FMCG, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or tech-lifestyle) and budget responsibility in the six- to seven-figure range.
- Strategic thinking: You build annual strategies that contribute to business goals.
- Deep platform expertise for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Algorithms, formats, creator ecosystems, benchmarks at a marketer level.
- Market knowledge DACH: You are well-connected and know which creator fits our clients' objectives.
