Product Owner (m/f/x)

THE ROLE

• Collect customer and stakeholder requirements and compose them into work-packages for the development team
• Drive your product roadmap and backlog based on a logical progression of delivery
• Use data to manage your project, manage changes in priorities and requirements and approve deliveries
• Formulate hypotheses and validate them through A/B tests and experiments
• Collaborate closely with fellow product owners and managers to identify and analyze metrics to measure the value and success of our products
• Create documentation, implement and conduct training sessions, communicate regular updates to stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• You have gained 2-3 years of work experience as a product owner or business analyst, ideally in a software development company with B2B or B2C model
• You like solving technically challenging problems
• You feel comfortable working on a few projects in parallel
• You have strong analytical, decision making and prioritization skills
• You have practical knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• You are a strong communicator and have a good command of English
• You are a very reliable team player
• Understanding fundamentals of UX design is a plus
• Understanding key concepts of digital advertisement technologies in the web and app environments is a plus
